I can't find a training date that works for me.

We add training dates regularly. So if you are not available in any of the dates we have at the moment, check again in a week or so, or even better, contact us by email

I would like to volunteer but I haven’t been in session for a while, do I need to let the Volunteering Team know?

We’re always happy to have returning Crewmates. Send us an email and we can check if new checks or a refresher of training is required.

I need to change my information

You can change your contact details by clicking on "My account" on the home page. For anything else, send us an email at

On my crew log, I have the message "Your account has been put on hold, and you are not able to book sessions at the moment". What does it mean?

If you have reach the end of your journey, we are reviewing your application. We will send you an email when the session booking is available.

What should I do if I need to cancel a session?

You can cancel you session in your Crewlog, by clicking "Cancel session" under Upcoming session. We plan how many Crewmates we need each young person, so it’s really important that we can rely on you to turn up to your session. If you need to cancel on the day, we ask that you also send us a text to confirm:

What to do if I have a safeguarding concern?

We take safeguarding very seriously and it is your duty to report anything concerning. If you have a safeguarding concern, or any question, please talk to your Session Leader (when in session) or contact the volunteer team as soon as possible.
